One person is dead and two others are injured after another chemical plant explosion and subsequent fire in Texas.
That’s according to local media reports in East Harris County where emergency crews are at the scene of a large fire at the KMCO plant.

Fire officials have issued a shelter-in-place for all schools in the town of Crosby.
According to local media reports, one injured employee was burned on the entire back side of his body and another was burned on his hands as well as his face.
The incident is taking place just 30-minutes north of Deer Park, Texas, where another chemical plant explosion and fire happened just two-weeks ago at the ITC plant.
