Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker is set to testify before the House Judiciary Committee, capping off a busy week of potentially explosive hearings.
Whitaker, who’s scheduled to testify on February, 8th, is expected to face questions over his past criticisms of the Mueller Probe.
However, Republicans have pointed out the President’s nominee for Attorney General, William Barr, may be confirmed by the time the hearing begins.
The hearing will come just one day after President Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee.
