National Taxpayers Union: Congress votes less than half the time for taxpayers

OAN NewsroomUPDATED 11:38 AM PT — Wednesday, September 18, 2019
For around 40 years, the National Taxpayers Union (NTU) has conducted an annual rating of voting records of members of Congress with an “A” through “F” grade based on votes on taxes and spending. NTU’s 2018 ratings are out and the numbers across the board for lawmakers are down, meaning votes to increase taxes and spending were up.
