Talks continue between the U.S. and North Korea with the two sides taking a step forward towards a second summit.
Reports on Monday say a letter from President Trump was hand delivered to his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un over the weekend.
This come as the two leaders negotiate terms for a second summit with denuclearization talks being the focus of the planned talks.
Sources also say North Korea’s former spy chief, Kim Yong Chol, could visit Washington, D.C. as soon as this week.
The trip would likely detail the terms of the proposed summit, but any details have not yet been formally finalized.
