Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA.) meets with residents in Iowa and addresses her DNA test, revealing the truth about her Native American ancestry.

The democrat was in Sioux City on Saturday taking answers from attendees as she eyes a possible 2020 run against President Trump.

Asked about the DNA test she took last year, Warren said she understands the difference between citizenship and ancestry.

She also took a shot at President Trump, who has been critical of her claims. Speaking to attendees, Warren said she “can’t stop President Trump from what he’s going to do,” and added she “can’t stop him [President Trump] from hurling racial insults.”

Warren recently established an Exploratory Committee to help her decide whether to pursue a 2020 bid for office.

However, she’ll likely have to address controversy over past statements she’s made regarding her supposed Native American ancestry.
